Full terms and conditions for the
"Roo Roofing iPad competition”
  1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participants can enter the competition by visiting www.rooroofing.com.au/promo and filling in the online form or submitting an entry form at the trade show.
  2. To submit a valid entry, customers must complete all mandatory fields included in the form and on the entry form. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible and disregarded.
  3. Entry is open to residence within South East Queensland, Australia.
  4. Entry is open to House Owners and prospective Home Buyers.
  5. Entrants agree to a Roof Restoration or Roof Replacement quotation which must be booked in prior to the draw date.
  6. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person, unless the entrant has referred a friend by submitting their required details.
  7. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over
  8. The competition commences on 10am (AEST) on Friday 25th June 2010 and concludes at 4:30pm (AEST) on Saturday 31st July 2010.
  9. The prize is for 1 winner in total. The prize is one 16GB Wi-Fi Apple iPad and includes postage of the prize, via registered mail, to the winner in Australia.
  10. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  11. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
  12. The prize winner will be drawn on Friday 6th August 2010.
  13. The winner will be notified by telephone within 2 days of the draw and the result will be posted online at www.rooroofing.com.au within 2 days of the draw.
  14. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
  15. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
  16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
  17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
  19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent unless the entrant has opted in to be contacted by Roo Roofing.
  20. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
